Easily available software tools:

Microsoft Word, Publisher, FrontPage Express - any program that can save files as a Web page (.htm)

Image Editing software came with your scanner, photo CD, digital camera.

Or download freeware IrfanView, also available on the HHICC’s Top Picks CD.

AOL users can create Personal Web Sites at AOL Hometown as described above but AOL has its own FTP tool. You may prefer to use AOL's Easy Designer for creating and posting pages in one easy tool; see I recommend by Searobin.
