- Probation vs. Kicking Out
- Put members on probation first. Letters will be sent to all members who are not meeting the requirements to remain in the club.
- Be sure to pick up your t-shirts at the next weekly meeting.
- Convention
- About 15 members will be given the opportunity to travel to Sumter to meet other Interact members and exchange students around South Carolina.

Old Business:
- Mrs. Grimsley reported on good turnouts for Adopt-a-Highway. She gave the sign-in sheets to Robbie.
- The sign-in list for Shrimp Festival needs to be found.
- Mrs. Roche is making list of members with grade levels and t-shirt sizes which we can use to issue membership cards.
- T-shirt design is in. Shirts cannot be ready for Induction on Friday
New Business:
- Should points or hours be given for the amount of service each member participates in?
- Hours will be used instead of points because it is too far into the year to change now.
- Official Interact shirts must be worn to EVERY event.
- Are there too many senior board members and what should we do about their poor attendance?
- There are too many senior board members, and the only way to solve this problem is to remove them from the board if they do not attend the regular weekly and monthly board meetings.
- Board and officers will need to start signing in after weekly meetings until further notice.
- We will be getting a tent for relay for life, and we need a team to represent Beaufort High. We will also need volunteers during the day to help fill the luminaries around the track.
