***DSL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: THE DSL ROUTER PACKAGE (INCLUDES FILTERS, ALL CABLES, POWER & PHONE CORDS, SOFTWARE, ORIGINAL PACKAGING) AND ANY ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT RECEIVED FROM ISLC, REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF ISLC AND MUST BE RETURNED TO ISLC IF DSL IS TERMINATED EITHER BY CUSTOMER OR ISLC. ISLC REQUIRES A MINIMUM 7 BUSINESS DAY ADVANCE NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF DSL SERVICE. NOTIFICATION MAY BE MADE BY TELEPHONE OR IN WRITING TO ISLC. A FEE OF $149.95 WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER FOR FAILURE TO RETURN DSL ROUTER PACKAGE TO ISLC WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE TERMINATION DATE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEGAL AND/OR COLLECTION FEES AND CHARGES INCURRED BY ISLC IN THE ATTEMPTS TO RECOVER ISLC PROPERTY AND ANY BALANCE DUE. DSL ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE SUSPENDED OR PUT ON VACATION HOLD. IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER CANCELS SERVICE PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE 1(ONE) YEAR AGREEMENT, A FEE OF $99.95 WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER FOR EARLY TERMINATION/DISCONNECTION OF DSL SERVICE.
