A FEE OF $199.95 WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER FOR FAILURE TO RETURN DSL ROUTER PACKAGE TO ISLC WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE TERMINATION DATE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEGAL AND/OR COLLECTION FEES AND CHARGES INCURRED BY ISLC IN THE ATTEMPTS TO RECOVER ISLC PROPERTY AND ANY BALANCE DUE. DSL ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE SUSPENDED OR PUT ON VACATION HOLD. IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER CANCELS SERVICE PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE 1(ONE) YEAR AGREEMENT, A FEE OF $99.95 WILL BE CHARGED TO CUSTOMER FOR EARLY TERMINATION/DISCONNECTION OF DSL SERVICE. |
