There are three personal account types at ISLC:

  Unlimited Access
$18.95
  • Unlimited Access means you are not charged for usage time, just a flat rate. However, 24x7 connection is not permitted (session limits are 12 hours) and your connection must be interactive. That means you can stay online as long as you wish as long as you are doing something interactive on the Internet (e.g. browsing the web is interactive; downloading files is interactive; leaving your computer on all night with your e-mail client checking your mailbox every 30 minutes is not interactive). If you need or want a 24X7 dedicated line please call for pricing.
  • Pay either $18.95/month or $190/year
  • Up to 5 e-mail POP accounts
  • 25 MBs of space for personal web pages and associated files

  Intermediate Access
$14.95
  • 50 hours per month for $14.95/month or $150/year
  • After 50 hours is used, $.02 per minute
  • Unused time is not carried over to the next month. Usage time is reset to 50 hours on the 1st of the month
  • Up to 5 e-mail POP accounts
  • 25 MBs of space for personal web pages and associated files

  Basic Access
$9.95
  • 20 hours per month for $9.95/month or $100/year
  • After 20 hours is used, $.02 per minute ($1.20 per hour)
  • Unused time is not carried over to the next month. Usage time is reset to 20 hours on the 1st of the month

  • 25 MBs of space for personal web pages and associated files

  How to open an ISLC Account

There are two ways to sign up with ISLC. Simply drop by our office and fill out the Customer Service Agreement. At that time, you will receive the software or configuration information for your system. By the time you get home and install the software, you will be able to dial in and start browsing the web. If you plan on paying by credit card and do not require software, you can sign up over the phone. We will send the Customer Service Agreement (you can review the Agreement online) and configuration information by mail (or fax if you prefer). You will have 10 days to fax, mail, or drop off your signed Customer Agreement.

  Billing Procedures

  • Billing is conducted on the 1st of each month
  • If you are an auto credit card customer, your card will be debited the monthly fee plus any applicable overtime charges.
  • If you are an invoice customer, invoices are mailed on the 1st of each month and payment is due by the 16th. After 30 days of non-payment, your account will be disabled until all charges have been paid in full. A $10 reactivation fee may apply.
  • Accounts with returned checks/ACH debits due to insufficient funds will be assessed a charge of $30 per check, and the account will be disabled until the checks and charges are paid by cash or money order.
  • After 45 days of nonpayment accounts will be closed and may be turned over to our outside collection agency. An additional $30 collection fee will be added to all accounts sent to collections.
