ISLC Setup Using Windows XP

• Click on the "Start" Button, then "Control Panel".

• On The Next Screen, Click on "Network and Internet Connections."

• On this Screen, Click on "Set up or Change your Internet Connection."

• This will open the "Internet Properties" Window. The "Connections" Tab should already be opened. On this tab, click on the "Add" button, which is circled below.

• After clicking on "Add" The "New Connection Wizard" Will Open. Make Sure "Dial-up to Private Network" has a green dot in it, as circled below.

• Click "Next" at the bottom.

• Next you will see the "Phone Number to Dial" Screen. Below in the example is the Beaufort Number. Choose your correct number from this list:

  Beaufort:         770-1030
  Bluffton:          757-9805

  Hampton:        943-4509
  Hilton Head:   342-3918

  Ridgeland:      726-3075

• Click "Next."

• You will now be asked to name the connection. Type "ISLC" as pictured below, and click "Finish".

• You will see the "ISLC Settings" window, as pictured below.

• Enter your username and password, all lower case letters, as shown below, circled in red. (Note: Password will appear as dots.)

• Click "OK" at the bottom of the window.

• Click "OK" one more time to be returned to the Desktop.

• You are now done configuring the Internet Explorer Web Browser, as well as the Dial-Up Connection.
