along with trophies.);

Catering.

The 2004/2005 school calendar was discussed and Cindy Keener advised the calendar is in final
form.

Deborah Sutcliffe gave the Treasurer’s report. The balance in the account is about $12,570.00.

There is still one outstanding NSF check. Deborah will send one more request for payment and
request installments if the entire balance due cannot be paid in full.

The board voted to purchase three trash cans, balls, chalk, sand toys, etc. for each playground. The
budget is $500.00.

Discussion was had about the playground project. Cindy Keener will get with the county for specific
requirements for the playground equipment so board can make decision about which equipment to
order. She advised county will not allow bleachers if the field is not lighted.
