It is unlawful for an underage or unlicensed person to operate a golf cart on Fripp Island, and for a parent/guardian to allow the operation of a golf cart by an underage or unlicensed person.

Violations could result in the issuance of a FIPOA Ticket ($200 fine) and the impoundment of the golf cart or a South Carolina State Traffic Summons.
