2009 Property Assessments mailed November 15, 2008 and are due January 1, 2009. Please be on the lookout for them.

The regular property assessment for 2009 is $740 and the Special assessment for Roads and Bridges is $100, for a total of $840. All assessments are due January 1, 2009.

 

The FIPOA Nominating Committee is looking for candidates for
the Board of Directors, Class of 2012

Positions are open for three (3) Non-Resident candidates

“The business and affairs of the Association are managed by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has the powers and duties necessary to provide security for the Members, to administer the affairs of the Association and to manage the operation and maintenance of its property. In general, the Board of Directors has the responsibility to oversee the administration of the Association and, subject to the provisions of these Bylaws and the South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1994, as amended, to do all of those things necessary and reasonable to carry out the governing and operation of the Association.”
