Much of the important information printed in the booklet for our property owners on Fripp Island is already available here on our website. Links to the pages where you can find it are listed below.

The packet is provided in an attractive loose-leaf binder. You may request a copy of the booklet by calling (843)838-4155. We will mail it to you for $6.50. Or, stop by the FIPOA Administration Office at 225 Tarpon Boulevard and pick up your copy.

We attempt to keep the information as current as possible. Immediate and periodic changes are inevitable, of course. To replace pages or sections that we change, return to this page and check the dates. All sections are on-line in printable PDF format. (Adobe Reader required)
