Newbie Training / Supervision

• Get all information especially e-mail addresses.
• Add new addresses to FILP mailing list.
• Mail out welcome message and program outline.
• For each newbie provide a copy of the DNR Guidelines and "T" shirts.
• Hold organizational meeting the first week in May and distribute above materials.
• Generate and distribute the patrol schedule putting the Newbies with veterans.
• Show the training video and discuss DNR Guidelines and Fripp protocols.
• Conduct lab training session on the beach prior to  the start of the season.
• Provide probe stick after probe training session.
• Insure that the Newbies are supervised when working their first nest.
