           Pre-Purchase / Buyers Inspection:

        Warranty  Inspection:

So what, if it is a new construction under warranty.  Problems still occur in new construction.  Know what they are and have them repaired BEFORE your warranty expires.  We recommend this is done at least two (2) months and no later than one(1) month before the expiration of your warranty.         Peace Of Mind Inspection:

As you occupy a home over the years, things may become neglected or progress unseen.  Attics and crawl spaces are rarely if ever visited.  Outlets and switches never used or if defective, ignored.  Leaks in toilets or under sinks continue silently and unseen.
